Ingredients: Calcium (from calcium citrate) 200mg, 20% daily intake.
Other Ingredients: Gelatin. Does not contain tablet binders, coatings or colorings.
Suggested use: Adults and children 12 or over, take 2 capsule 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional. Consider taking this product in combination with Magnesium and Vitamin D. Store at room temperature.
Keep out of reach of children.

Calcium citrate is more soluble than other forms of this mineral, such as calcium carbonate. Studies show enhanced absorption in this form. Citric acid is a naturally occurring acid that is able to bind three mineral ions to every one of its molecules for enhanced absorption.
