Day	If tincture: Put in ½ cup of water.+ If capsules: Take with water. For pinches open 1 cap to get powder. Both: Taken on an empty stomach, at least 13 minutes before a meal.	Caps once a day, on an empty stomach, at least 13 min before a meal or at mealtime if you have a sensitive stomach.	Caps 3 times a day on an empty stomach, at least 13 min before a meal or at mealtime if you have a sensitive stomach.	Take as needed.
