BEFORE YOU START

We highly recommend you make sure you follow this checklist. (This is also essential to follow when doing the Liver Flush)

Clear channels of elimination.
Drink plenty of water during the cleanse.
Make sure to do light exercize.
Stay away from alcohol and/or drug use.

Take a maximum of three of the supplements below the same day. When you run out of the first three take the next three. We recommend you do this so you don’t overburden your liver.

Replenish your body with a high-quality multi vitamin like CRaNiULS and salts like Sodium Chloride / Potassium Chloride, an electrolyte. Take: ¼ tsp of Sodium Chloride / Potassium Chloride per day [product # 10476] CRaNiULS, 1 cap per day [product # 10682]
