Service

UPS Expedited or UPS Express for door-to-door tracking and delivery.

Postal Service for delivery from our postal service to your postal service. Your postal service delivers the shipment to you.

Advantages

 Tracking 24/7: You may call UPS anytime and find out where your shipment is or track your package online. Tracking number and alerts are sent to your e-mail.
1. Less costly.
2. Packages sent with the Post Office often have an easier time getting through customs.

Disadvantages

 1.  More costly.
2. Customs looks closely at UPS shipments.
3.  Cannot send to P.O. Box.
4.  You may wish to contact customs regarding any special circumstances for shipping nutritional supplements to your country.
5 .  Customs can sometimes hold an order for a long time, destroy a shipment without notice, or return shipment to us with an additional charge to you.		 1. You will not be able to track your shipment.

Before shipping your order we have to verify your credit card: We only send packages to your BILLING address. We verify this address with the bank that issued your card.  If you want us to send to a different address, please change your BILLING address on your credit card or pay with international money order or wire transfer. To verify your address, we get your bank’s telephone number from our credit card merchant service.  If your bank is not willing to verify your address, we will not accept that card for payment.  In this case please send an international money order or wire transfer. We charge you $5 over our actual shipping costs: We are not trying to make money on shipping, we are simply trying to cover the additional costs of international shipping, which often include long distance phone calls, additional waybill forms to complete, separate invoice faxing, splitting the order into small boxes, and paying for an occasional returned shipment.
You pay all taxes and duties on the shipment: Depending on the country, taxes and duties are asessed on your shipment. UPS will usually inform you by calling you. We cannot guarantee customs clearance. If customs returns your shipment to us you are responsible for the shipping back to U.S. (or you can choose to have customs destroy the good) we will be happy to credit you full price for your products, but we will not pay for any shipping charges, either outbound or inbound.
