Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number from UPS and USPS Priority Mail. The tracking numbers are sent to you directly from the carriers. You may also call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877). Although packages shipped through International Air Mail USPS are insured and tracked, you will not receive a tracking number. Refused Delivery Packages that are refused will be charged a return-shipping fee, except if the package was sent to customer because of company error.
