Before You Start

We highly recommend you make sure you have the following supplements on hand when taking this cleanse:

Step 1

For optimum performance we recommend this cleanse after you complete the Para-Zap Cleanse.  While on this cleanse stay on the maintenance Para-Zap Cleanse. 

Regular use:
One capsule of 400mg per day, or as directed by a health professional.

Intensive use:
We do not advice people how large of an intensive dose to take.

Before using large doses of CoEnzyme Q-10 please check with your health professional.

Note: Do not take Intensive dose of CoEnzyme Q-10 if you have coronary artery disease or high blood pressure.Always reduce dose gradually and end with 400mg for 3 days before stopping.

Step 2

We recommend you finishing the above CoEnzyme Q-10 protocol before this part of the cleanse.

Take ¼ teaspoon 3 times per day or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Take up to 7 capsules once a day or as directed by a health professional.

3 drops once a day, or as directed by a health professional.. Do Not Put Directly On Tongue! Put in empty capsule.

Take 2 to 4 caps before meal, or as directed by a health professional.

4 capsules 3 times per day as a supplement or as directed by a health professional.

Step 3

Ozonated olive oil, 1/2 tbs. taken morning and night.
L-cysteine, 500mg, 2 capsules 3 times a day.

Ozonate the olive oil  for 20 minutes or longer. When done, cap the bottle and store in the freezer until you are ready to use it. It melts quickly when needed. After 5 days of use, ozonate again to restore potency.   While taking the ozonated olive oil, drink lots of water, take vitamin C and vitamin E, 400mg, one a day.  Take it two hours or more after the ozonated oil to make sure there is no loss of the oil's potency.

While taking L-cysteine alkalinize yourself with 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda or Balanced Bicarb Antacid at bedtime since all sulfur compounds will acidify you.  After taking 6 capsules daily for 3 weeks (plus baking soda at bedtime), go off it completely for one week.

Taking a capsule of vitamin B1, 500mg, with each meal helps with appetite.
