I am using all cleanses since years , it's amazing and I recommend it non stop to people I meet and friends... I live in Israel and you don't send it directly to me. I use it much less frequently than you recommended and I feel worst without your kidney cleanses cuz you don't deliver it to Israel . I keep contacting friends or relatives till they come to visit there families in Israel. Big desperation for me not to mention it's almost double the prices since I starting use it !!!!!
