Body: Dear Dr Clark Store People As an option on your web site I would like to be able to order products in a simple way. I would like to see everything listed by alphabetical order, by category just as you have them on your catalog, but without picture, having to look at pictures and descriptions is great when you don't know what you want, so theses options should stay, of course. But I would like to be able to order quickly from my small laptop, and I would like to be able to order the old fashion way without wasting a lot of valuable time. I would like to see products listed in a column somewhere on your website, without picture and description; listed alphabetically by type like vitamins, herbs etc... exactly as you use to have it on your earlier catalogs. It would have a column for Item number, name of product, price, a box to enter the number that we want to buy, and at right a column with total added as we go for each item, and to the right of that a column with total order so far, and at the end of all the lists a place for tax and price of shipping an handling, and as we make our decisions, everything gets added automatically without have to click back and forth between hundreds of pages, and without having to scroll back and forth up and down a page. It just takes too long and is really irritating. This is what I hate about the internet, it really is too slow, and cumbersome. Thank you, Michele Maldeau |

Body: Shipping was very fast, products were as expected except that the sodium chloride, which was advertised as USP grade, was actually FCC grade (which isn't really a big deal it's just that it would be nice to know which it is before buying it) and the riboflavin powder was a big disappointment (gave me headaches, diarrhea), however they offered to refund the money on it but, it was only $4 and so I never got around to returning it within the 30 days that they were agreeable to give a refund. All in all, I would buy from the Dr. Clark Store again but would be a bit more cautious and inquire about their sources, QC, analytical test results, etc on things I hadn't tried yet. |
