Body: Terrible. They overcharged me for an internet order. I called them twice about it and both times they said they would take care of it and send me the credit. As of today I have not received any correspondence from them acknowleging my call, the conversation, or the credit. Bottom line is Ill have my Visa company deduct the credit but who wants to spend time to do that? I guess thats what Dr. Clark.... counts on, that people wont notice for one and wont do anything about it for two as long as they give lip service. I will never order anything from them again. |
