COVID-19 Update

How will the spread of COVID-19 affect your order?


Effective Friday, March 20 - Under orders from our state government here in California, all non-essential personnel have been ordered to stay at home. This means our customer service and shipping departments are operating with minimal employees. We will continue to fulfill online orders as long as possible.

You may experience longer wait times when calling our office due to fewer staff than usual. If your call isn't answered right away during our regular business hours, please leave a message and one of our customer service representatives will return your call as soon as possible. You can also email us at We will try to respond as soon as possible.

Due to a dramatic increase in sales at this time, please be advised that we will work as hard as possible to ship out all orders on time. However, you may experience slight delays from our warehouse and also from parcel carriers as some transportation methods have been reduced.

There has also been an unforeseen demand for our immune support products. We will do our best to keep immune supplements in stock, but please be aware that shortages may happen. We are working with our manufacturing team to push immune support products to the front of the production schedule for the foreseeable future.



Effective Friday, March 20 - In order to limit the number of people coming into our office, we cannot accommodate walk-in customers or in-person pick ups at this time. You can still place your orders online and have them shipped to your location, but we cannot offer in-store pick ups.

This is only a temporary change to ensure the health and safety of our employees.
