How will the spread of COVID-19 affect your order?

Effective Friday, March 20 - Our customer service and shipping departments are operating with minimal employees. We will continue to fulfill online and phone orders as fast as possible.

You may experience longer wait times when calling our office due to fewer staff than usual. For the time being, please call us at 1-619-409-9500 instead of our toll free number. If your call isn't answered right away during our regular business hours, please leave a message and one of our customer service representatives will return your call as soon as possible. You can also email us at service@DrClarkStore.com. We will try to respond as soon as possible.

Due to a dramatic increase in sales at this time, please be advised that we will work as hard as possible to ship out all orders on time. However, you may experience slight delays from our warehouse and also from parcel carriers as some transportation methods have been reduced.

There has also been an unforeseen demand for our immune support products. We will do our best to keep immune supplements in stock, but please be aware that shortages may happen. We are working with our manufacturing team to push immune support products to the front of the production schedule for the foreseeable future.


In an effort to keep our employees safe. our return policy is suspended at this time. For the time being we have adopted an ALL SALES ARE FINAL policy. Please be mindful of your purchases. Feel free to contact our customer service department by phone or email if you have any questions about product returns.


Effective June 4th - In order to limit the number of people coming into our office, we ask that you call in orders that you wish to pick up in person at our office. Pick-up orders must be paid for over the phone with a credit/debit card. No cash payments will be accepted.

Your products will be delivered to you while you wait in the parking lot (please do not enter the building). Your customer service representative will provide you with details. Please help us keep our employees safe. When a masked employee delivers your products, we ask that you also wear a face covering over your nose and mouth.
