Do you ship to Europe?

  • Hi,

    Do you ship to Europe?

  • All European Orders that contain live food are dispatched on Tuesdays via FedEx International Priority Service. Your order needs to be with us by 12pm Monday.

To find out a shipping cost to Europe, place the items you need in your shopping basket and proceed to the checkout and our website will calculate the cost as it is based on weight.

As you can appreciate live food needs to get to you as soon as possible, so we have chosen FedEx as our European shipping partner.

We use FedEx International priority service which means your live food will reach you within 1 - 3 working days from dispatch for most European destinations.

Should any further charges apply to your shipping cost after your completion of your order with us either applied by the customs or onward couriers for what ever reason then this is payable by the customer.

If we do not ship to your location then no shipping costs will be available in the checkout area.

  • Thank you for the shipping information! It is very important that live feed is delivered quickly and in a customized manner. Using FedEx is indeed a great solution for prompt delivery within Europe.

By the way, for those who do business online and use various online services, I can recommend a useful resource with interesting sales engagement software statistics. If anyone is interested in going deeper into the topic, you can read it here. Perhaps it will come in handy!
