Lucid dreaming is a deception that tells you that you can be in control of your dreams. By doing this you are actually opening doors in the spirit realms and giving more control to those spirits that are behind the fear, worry, and anxiety of those nightmares. At first you will find that you can control your dreams but soon that control will become dark and you will realize that you are not in control at all. I would caution you not to take herbs that alter your mind and body, setting you up for other spirits to deceive and take control of your mind and dreams.
