Where Does Your Order Ship From?ย 
Effective March 2026 - We are in the process of moving our inventory facilities to better serve our customers. During this transition period, orders may be shipped from multiple locations. As a result from these adjustments, some items could be affected due to the logistical changes involved with operating from different sites. Additionally, this may lead to potential delays in order processing and delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our services and ensure a smoother experience in the future. You may request modifications, such as address changes or cancellations, within two hours of placing the order. After this period, no changes can be accommodated.

When Does Your Order Get Shipped?
If you paid for standard ground shipping (USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground) or qualified for free shipping, your order will ship within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and major US holidays). If you paid for expedited shipping and placed your order before 12 PM (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday (excluding major US holidays), your order will ship the same day. For orders with expedited shipping placed after 12 PM (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday (excluding major US holidays), your order will ship the following business day.

Your tracking number will be emailed from Shipping@DrClarkStore.com as soon as your order is shipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you would like change or cancel your order, please email us at service@drclarkstore.com as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, we are unable to combines orders. If you would like to add items to an order you will need to cancel the original order and place a new revised order. Please keep in mind that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders out quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please refer to our return policy for information on returning items you have ordered.

We cannot apply discount codes AFTER an order has been submitted. If you forgot to apply a discount code before you submitted your order, please contact us with your order number. We will cancel the original order so you can place the order again and apply the discount code. ย

International Shipping

Countries We Ship To - We currently ship to all US states and US territories. We also ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belarus, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Caribbean Netherlands, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Oman, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

For all other countries not listed, we are not able to ship to due to restrictions on what customs allows to pass through its borders. Some counties may even require permits to allow the passage of certain items or ingredients through its borders. Please check with your countyโ€™s Customs and Border Protections department to learn what is or what is not allowed through customs check points.

Placing International Orders - Please keep the following in mind when ordering internationally:

1) All international orders must be placed by the customer through our website. Our customer service team cannot enter the order for you over the phone.

2) Please enter the correct billing address for the credit card you are using during checkout. Failure to do so will decline the credit card payment.

3) The IP address you are using when placing your order must match the billing information entered at checkout. Mismatched IP addresses will trigger our fraud detection and your order will be canceled.

4)ย International orders are subject to a 24 hour hold before shipping. After submitting your order, you will receive an email stating our terms and conditions for international orders. Failure to respond with your acceptance of the terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of your order.


Carriers - Orders shipping outside the Unites States are shipped through USPS, FedEx, or UPSย  (your choice). Please note that if you choose USPS, packages may not include reliable tracking due to changing postal services in each country and your package is not insured. Shipments with UPS andย FedEx are insured. Tracking numbers, when applicable, will be emailed from Shipping@DrClarkStore.com as soon as your order is shipped.

Duties & Taxesย - For international shipments, duties and taxes may be applicable. By ordering from this website you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to pay any duties and taxes. If your package is returned to us by customs due to unpaid duties and taxes you will not be issued a refund.

Customs Clearance -ย Prohibited and restricted products differ from country to country. Some products may require a permit or written permission to clear customs. Please research what is required to ship products to your country or your package may be detained at customs.

Shipping to Canada - We have been notified that UPS is charging an additional import fee during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please be aware of this additional fee when shipping orders to Canada.ย

Refused & Undeliverable Packages -ย Packages that are refused will be charged a return-shipping fee, except if the package was sent to the customer by company error. Packages returned to us as โ€œundeliverableโ€ due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are subject to additional charges to reship to a correct address. Packages intercepted before scheduled delivery are subject to fees charged by the carrier to change the shipping address.
