Super B100 contains eight rich sources of B vitamins. All B vitamins help the body convert food (carbohydrates) into fuel (glucose), which is used to produce energy. These B vitamins, often referred to as B complex vitamins, also help the body metabolize fats and protein. B complex vitamins are needed for healthy skin, hair, eyes, and liver. They also help the nervous system function properly, and are needed for good brain function.*

The eight vitamins that make up the B complex are water soluble, meaning the body does not store excess amounts, with the exception of vitamin B12, which is stored in the liver. Q: Why is my urine bright yellow after I take this product?
A: This product contains water soluble vitamins in quantities larger than what your body can use right away. The excess vitamins leave your body through the urine which can take on a bright yellow color for a few hours after taking the capsule. The temporary change in the color of urine is harmless and it is a normal reaction when you take a multivitamin.
