Why Non-GMO Probiotics Matter
You've seen the label. "Non-GMO" stamped across yogurt, kombucha, and those little refrigerated capsules your wellness-obsessed friend swears by. Most people file it under "marketing fluff" and move on. That's a mistake.
When it comes to probiotics, the GMO question isn't about politics or purity aesthetics. It's about a fundamentally different relationship between you and the microbes you're deliberately putting inside your body.
First, What Are We Actually Talking About?
