All claim for overages, shortages, and damages must made within 10 days of receipt. You can return any of the supplements you buy from us within 30 days of invoice date -unopened - for any reason. We can only accept one open item per order. Should you return an open bottle, over 50% of the contents still have to be in the bottle in order to qualify for a refund. Used equipment/electronics and water filters incur a 15% restocking fee. No Returns on the following: CDs, DVDs, VHS, Books and Parsonal Care Poduct (due to sanitation purpose). Please enclose either a copy of your invoice, or an invoice number.
