New Shipping Announcement::

We’re excited to share that our company is transitioning to a new fulfillment center (also known as a third party logistics or 3PL) to better serve you. This change will ultimately enhance our shipping speed and reliability, but during the next month or two, there may be a brief adjustment period where some orders could take slightly longer to arrive. We appreciate your patience as we make this improvement and are confident it will lead to faster, smoother deliveries in the near future.

Shipping Times:

If you paid for standard ground shipping (USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground) or qualified for free shipping, your order will ship within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and major US holidays). If you paid for expedited shipping and placed your order before 12 PM (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday (excluding major US holidays), your order will ship the same day. For orders with expedited shipping placed after 12 PM (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday (excluding major US holidays), your order will ship the following business day.

Your tracking number will be emailed from Shipping@DrClarkStore.com as soon as your order is shipped.

Sales Tax 
While our business is based in California, we are required by law to collect sales tax in other states where we have a tax obligation (also known as "nexus"). These laws vary by state and may change over time. Sales tax may be applied to your order based on your shipping address and current tax laws.

If sales tax applies to your order, it will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Currently the following states are collecting sales tax: Utah, Kentucky, Virginia, Indiana, North Carolina, Georgia, Michigan, Maryland, Nevada, Florida, New Jersey, Hawaii, Ohio, Minnesota, Illinois, California.

Returns
You can return any unopened or unused product within 30 days on the date on your invoice. Simply send the item back with a copy of your invoice. If you are unhappy with any consumable product, you may return an open item for a refund as long as at least 50% of the original contents remain and the return is done within 30 days of the date on your invoice.  

Please report any overages, shortages, or damages within 10 days of receiving your order.
