This high-quality palm-sized brush features soft, natural tampico fiber bristles that are densely packed, making it ideal for toning facial skin. The brush base is solid lotus wood and is varnished to repel moisture.
Dry brushing removes dead skin and stimulates both blood circulation and toxin elimination, leaving behind a healthy glow.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can I wash the bristles?
A: On a weekly basis, ruffle through the bristles to dislodge any dead skin cells, hair, dust or debris. This is best done over a trash can or outside. Every one to three months, wash the bristles with warm water and a gentle, natural soap such as castile. Rinse well and air dry.
Q: Can I get the brush wet?
A: Complexion brushes are meant to be used dry. Continually exposing the wood base to water will degrade the wood over time. If you use a brush for showering or bathing, we recommend that you get a brush that is meant to withstand frequent exposure to water and use your complexion brush only for dry brushing purposes.
Q: What type of fiber are the bristles?
A: The bristles are tampico fiber from agave cactus.
Q: What type of wood is used for the base?
A: The brush base is constructed from solid lotus wood.
