  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 lemon slices

How to make: Take boiling water off the stove and let cool for 1 minute before adding fresh ginger. Steep the tea and ginger together for 3–5 minutes. Add lemon slices and honey, stir, and enjoy warm.
