What's the Best Protocol for Your Colon?

The 'Respect Your Colon' Protocol

Most people shy away from talking about their colon and what’s in it. Well, it’s part of us, so let’s dive in! The following protocol gives you a chance to give back to your colon, to pay respect to all the good things it does for you.

The GI tract is home to over 100 trillion microorganisms, such as  bacteria, fungi, viruses, parasites and a bunch of single cell bugs called archaea. They are both good and bad; the good ones sometimes lose out to the bad ones. Well, let’s face it, the bad bacteria in the end eat most of us alive. The parasite cleanse helps delay that from happening. It most certainly increases our health span.

While probiotics are good, most of them are just for show because, even if they survive the stomach acid, most do not survive to the large intestines or make it to the colon without fiber to attach to, such as found in celery, artichokes, and lettuce.

To fight those bugs, we really should do several things. I shall list them here and, by the way, protecting your gut includes not getting the flu and improving your digestion every time you eat.

1.      Make sure never let food poisoning “run its course”. Unfortunately, doctors don’t know this but there is a quick fix to stop any food poisoning cold in it’s tracks in as little as 3 minutes. Never get food poisoning again! Take the “Dr. Clark Stomach Saver”, see directions attached.

2.      Make sure never let the flu or the common cold “run its course”. You can control this. If you and your family fall victims to the common cold the answer is not more vaccines. It is all about taking supplements early on, when you first get symptoms. I have found that taking the following supplements practically guarantees you not getting any serious cold or flu. At the first signs of flu or common cold do the following:

Let’s preface this with the fact that food supplements are just that - food. They don’t have any major effect on the common cold unless they are taken in LARGE amounts, just like a tiny amount of food does not satiate a hungry person.

a.      Take 4 capsules of Dr. Clark Store “Quick Airway Defense” every 2 hours

b.     Take 4 capsules of Dr. Clark Store “Immune Defense” every 2 hours

c.      Take Vitamin C to bowel tolerance, perhaps about 1 to 3 capsules every 2 hours

d.     Take elemental iodine in the form of Dr. Clark Store Stomach Saver – a modified Lugol’s with Sodium Iodide. Make sure to take it in a 1/4 glass of juice. If you have food poisoning, then take it in 1/4 glass of water (not juice). Take 12 drops per 2 hours.

e.      Take 2 capsules of B100 and two capsules of selenium every 4 hours

f.        Take one capsule of Zinc twice per day

3.      Your gut will suffer when you are sick with the flu, especially if you end up needing antibiotics. Once you follow this protocol you will most likely never have to take that risk. Do everything to protect your guts. Reduce the chances of ever needing antibiotics! The most common reasons for antibiotics are:

·         Respiratory Tract Infections (e.g., bronchitis, pneumonia, sinusitis) - 38%

·         Ear Infections (Otitis Media) - 30%

·         Strep Throat (Group A Streptococcal Pharyngitis) - 10%

·         Skin and Soft Tissue Infections - 8%

·         Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) - 7%

·         Other Infections (e.g., dental, gastrointestinal) - 7%

      The Importance of Enzymes

Never eat a meal without digestive enzymes. Our bodies are made for a certain lifespan. For this reason, our glands that produce enzymes produce less and less enzymes as we age. Let’s look at this chart for example; it shows the amount of HCL created by our bodies. HCL (HCl) is not actually an enzyme but it’s a compound that supports digestion and is easily measurable. All our enzyme productions follow a similar path. HCL is very important because without it other enzymes like pepsin cannot function properly, leading to poor protein digestion:

People with digestive issues and people over 55 should consider taking the following with every major meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner:

·         3-4 Digestive Enzyme capsules

·         3-4 Betaine HCL capsules

·         2 Pepsin capsules

·         2-3 Lipase Pancreatin capsules

Our digestive system takes up about 8-10% of our energy, if you take enzymes you leave more energy for other systems, including brain, liver, muscles, kidneys, heart, and lungs.

More Tips:

5.      Take the Dr. Clark Store parasite cleanse regularly. This will reset the battle between the good and bad bugs in your body, giving the good bugs a legup. The parasite cleanser consists of the following: Cloves, Wormwood Blend, Black Walnut Hull and now also Mimosa Pudica.

The first 3 herbal ingredients help cleanse the body systemically, it means that this combination of herbs affects every organ in the body from skin to heart to lungs. It will help stop parasites from feasting on our organs. Mimosa Pudica on the other hand will help restore the balance of good and bad bugs in our colon.

In this way if you don’t have any major problems with one or more of your organs, like the skin problems Michel in this picture below experienced, you will not necessarily feel any major improvements in your health other than gradual increase in energy that is often not easily noticeable.

However, the Mimosa Pudica has more of a noticeable benefit because it’s effects are focused on the digestive system. We highly recommend you use it along with the entire Parasite Cleanse and then follow up with Kidney Cleanse,  Liver Cleanse and Heavy Metal Cleanse.

For a quick colon cleanse, this enema bucket kit with Lugol's and Magnesium Sulfate is highly effective for restoring colon health.

Michel Reulings from the documentary film Dr. Clark Legacy.

Michel cleared most of her eczema with the use of Parasite Cleanse, zapping, Mimosa Pudica and Pau d’Arco. She tried everything. All the drugs and creams. Nothing helped until she did the above.

6.      You can take probiotics, but they might not have as big of an effect as you want them to have without you eating enough fiber and not a wide variety of foods. A healthy person should eat about 30 varieties of veggies every week in addition to grains and meat. Take prebiotics, like inulin or resistant starch found in green bananas.

7.      About any serious health crisis: Should a person have a disease like cancer for example then food avoidance is very important. You can check for food avoidance guidelines by asking our AI chatbot on www.DrClarkStore.com – look for this icon in the lower right corner:

Ask any health-related questions you may have, and it will draw from all of Dr. Clark’s books and come up with an answer for you. We are working on implementing an AI chatbot that will offer knowledge from other schools of thought. We are especially found of Dr. David Brownstein, and we think everyone should read the book “Iodine Crisis” by Lynn Farrow who healed her breast cancer using Dr. Brownstein’s protocols that includes taking elemental iodine, zinc, selenium, vitamin C and the B vitamins, Celtic gray sea salt, and more.

8.      Remember to periodically take the kidney and liver cleanse after the parasite cleanse. There are many other herbs available from our store, including Ashwagandha that will help, but what I mentioned above will get you started.

9.      Exercise: Try to get out of breath every day (short 10 min runs with stretches in between), resistance with weight 2-3 times per week for 30 minutes, walking, biking, balancing on one foot is fun with your kids or grand kids!

Thank you for this life saving information. I am a bit overwhelmed. Is there a way to address all of my body’s needs at once or should I tackle one issue at a time. Also will I need to take all these protocols and supplements for the rest of my life for maintenance or do you have any ideas for a lifetime of built up Crap in my whole body and the mix of big pharma damage to areas. Or this is what I am understanding from much reading and self medicating myself with cleanses, supplements, herbs and all things Dr. Clark Store, that I may be doing more damage. Do you have any advice for what I should do? I need one on one help, been on this for about 3 years on my own.
