By placing an order on this website, you accept the following terms of our shipping policy.
When Does Your Order Get Shipped?
All orders are shipped directly from our factory warehouse in Chula Vista, California. If you paid for standard ground shipping (USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground) or qualified for free shipping, your order will ship within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and major US holidays). If you paid for expedited shipping and placed your order before 12 PM (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday (excluding major US holidays), your order will ship the same day. For orders with expedited shipping placed after 12 PM (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday (excluding major US holidays), your order will ship the following business day.
Your tracking number will be emailed from Shipping@DrClarkStore.com as soon as your order is shipped.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you would like change or cancel your order, please email us at service@drclarkstore.com as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, we are unable to combines orders. If you would like to add items to an order you will need to cancel the original order and place a new revised order. Please keep in mind that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders out quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please refer to our return policy for information on returning items you have ordered.
We cannot apply discount codes AFTER an order has been submitted. If you forgot to apply a discount code before you submitted your order, please contact us with your order number. We will cancel the original order so you can place the order again and apply the discount code.
Shipping Options Within the USA
**Please note that orders over $250, regardless of carrier, will automatically be SIGNATURE REQUIRED. This is done to prevent package theft.**
FREE Standard Shipping – Spend $119 and get free shipping (subtotal must be $99 after discounts are applied to qualify for free shipping). Excludes shipping to PO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and international orders. Orders with free shipping are delivered through United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS Ground. Expedited delivery is not available for free shipping.
USPS (First-Class Mail) – Reserved for packages under 13 ounces shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Actual delivery date is not guaranteed.
USPS (Priority Mail) – For packages over 13 ounces shipping anywhere within all 50 states. Or choose this option for faster delivery anywhere within the US over First-Class Mail. Actual delivery date is not guaranteed.
UPS Ground – Actual delivery date is not guaranteed. Excludes delivery on weekends and holidays.
UPS 3-Day Select – Reserved for packages shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Guaranteed delivery within 3 business days. Delivery by end of day. Excludes delivery on weekends and holidays.
UPS 2-Day Air – Reserved for packages shipping within the continental United States. Guaranteed delivery in 2 business days. Delivery typically by end of day. Excludes delivery on weekends and holidays.
UPS Next Day Air – Guaranteed delivery the next business day. Delivery typically by 10:30 AM. Excludes delivery on weekends and holidays.
FREE In Store Pick-Up – Save the cost of shipping by picking up your order in-person at our store in Chula Vista, California. Please call in or email your order ahead of time, or just stop by Monday-Friday 8AM-3PM Pacific Time.

International Shipping
Countries We Ship To - We currently ship to all US states and US territories. We also ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belarus, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Caribbean Netherlands, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Oman, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.
For all other countries not listed, we are not able to ship to due to restrictions on what customs allows to pass through its borders. Some counties may even require permits to allow the passage of certain items or ingredients through its borders. Please check with your county’s Customs and Border Protections department to learn what is or what is not allowed through customs check points.
Placing International Orders - Please keep the following in mind when ordering internationally:
1) All international orders must be placed by the customer through our website. Our customer service team cannot enter the order for you over the phone.
2) Please enter the correct billing address for the credit card you are using during checkout. Failure to do so will decline the credit card payment.
3) The IP address you are using when placing your order must match the billing information entered at checkout. Mismatched IP addresses will trigger our fraud detection and your order will be canceled.
4) International orders are subject to a 24 hour hold before shipping. After submitting your order, you will receive an email stating our terms and conditions for international orders. Failure to respond with your acceptance of the terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of your order.
Carriers - Orders shipping outside the Unites States are shipped through USPS, FedEx, or UPS (your choice). Please note that if you choose USPS, packages may not include reliable tracking due to changing postal services in each country and your package is not insured. Shipments with UPS and FedEx are insured. Tracking numbers, when applicable, will be emailed from Shipping@DrClarkStore.com as soon as your order is shipped.
Duties & Taxes - For international shipments, duties and taxes may be applicable. By ordering from this website you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to pay any duties and taxes. If your package is returned to us by customs due to unpaid duties and taxes you will not be issued a refund.
Customs Clearance - Prohibited and restricted products differ from country to country. Some products may require a permit or written permission to clear customs. Please research what is required to ship products to your country or your package may be detained at customs.
Shipping to Canada - We have been notified that UPS is charging an additional import fee during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please be aware of this additional fee when shipping orders to Canada.
Refused & Undeliverable Packages - Packages that are refused will be charged a return-shipping fee, except if the package was sent to the customer by company error. Packages returned to us as “undeliverable” due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are subject to additional charges to reship to a correct address. Packages intercepted before scheduled delivery are subject to fees charged by the carrier to change the shipping address.

Return Policy
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING OUR RETURN POLICY:
In an effort to keep our employees safe, we have suspended our regular return policy. For the time being we have adopted an ALL SALES ARE FINAL policy. Please be mindful of your purchases. We will revert back to our regular return policy when we have deemed it safe to do so. Please feel free to contact our customer service department if you any questions or concerns about product returns. Thank you for your understanding.
You can return any of the supplements you buy from us within 30 days – unopened – for any reason. Simply send your supplements back with your invoice.
Returning partly consumed products: Should you find a supplement doesn’t agree with you, you can return it within 30 days. We strive to make the most potent and pure supplements possible without the use of manufacturing processing agents. However please note that we are unable to guarantee specific results from our supplements and for this reason we can only accept one open item per order. Should you return an open bottle, over 50% of the contents still have to be in the bottle in order to qualify for a refund.
When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product (excludes shipping).
Damaged & Incorrect Items: All claims for overages, shortages, and damages must be made within 10 days of receipt.
Equipment: Unused equipment/electronics and water filters can be returned for full refund (excludes shipping) within 30 days of the invoice date. Used equipment/electronics and water filters incur a 15% restocking fee.
Due to sanitation purposes we do not accept returns on used conductive bands/wristbands and used water filter cartridges.
No Returns on the following: CDs, DVDs, VHS, Books and Personal Care Products (due to sanitation purposes).
No returns on shipping (domestic/international). For international orders, if customs returns your shipment to us you are responsible for the shipping back to U.S. (or you can choose to have customs destroy the goods). We will be happy to credit you for the price of your products, but we will not pay for any shipping charges, either outbound or inbound.
Your return may be rejected should we not be able to identify you. Please enclose either a copy of your invoice, or an invoice number.

Insurance Policy:
Lost/Damaged Products
Lost Products: US & Canada
All packages are insured. We will ship your replacement with minimum delay, depending on shipping method. Should you not receive your package, a claim has to be made within 45 days from date of ordering.
Please send an email to service@DrClarkStore.com or fax/mail a letter stating that you have not received your package and make sure to include the following information in your correspondence:
- Order date
- Order number
- Your name and contact information
Damaged Products: US & Canada
Please report it to us within 10 days of receipt. No insurance claims for damaged items will be addressed by us past 10 days after you receive the package. Please hold damaged items in the event they are requested during the claim process.

Lost/Damaged Products: International Orders
Sent via US Postal Service: Please email us no earlier than 30 days and no later than 120 days from shipment date. Sent via FedEx: Please email us no earlier than 20 days and no later than 90 days from shipment date.

- List of items damaged
We realize there may be a significant delay before your receive your compensation or replacement of your product. If you need the products sooner, we can send out an identical shipment to you immediately. We do have to charge you for that shipment, but we guarantee that you will be reimbursed. Your credit card will be credited for the amount of the reimbursement once we have received payment from the insurance company for the lost package. This process should take no more than 50 days for international orders.
