Coral Cal-Mag K2 is formulated to support strong bone structure. Calcium is the most plentiful mineral in the body and is primarily stored in the skeletal system to maintain healthy bones and teeth. And magnesium helps with calcium absorption. Coral Cal-Mag also has vitamin C, which plays an important role in bone health, as it is needed for the formation of collagen, the protein structure that is the foundation of bone mineralization, and promotes growth and repair of bones and connective tissues.*

Both calcium and magnesium also help to regulate muscle contractions, which encourages muscle tone of the heart. And vitamin K helps to prevent the calcification of organs in the body by promoting the solubility of calcium so it doesn’t build up on organ and blood vessel tissue.*

Coral minerals also help to regulate the body's pH. A diet high in refined carbohydrates, red meat or carbonated beverages increases body acidity (lower on the pH scale). Low pH decreases the amount of cellular oxygen, which is needed for waste disposal, thereby accelerating the aging process. A: Sadly, we are limited by the size of the capsule. There is a limit to how much raw material we can fit inside each capsule. Minerals such as calcium and magnesium in raw material form take up a lot of space and only supply a small fraction of the elemental amount that we can claim on the label.

Q: Can I take this product with iron or zinc supplements?
