Instructions
Lugol's Iodine: Take 12 drops (15 mg on iodine) or 1 dropper full twice daily mixed in juice or water.
Vitamin C: Start with taking 1 capsule daily. Gradually increase the dosage up to your bowel tolerance, which is the point before experiencing gastrointestinal effects, primarily diarrhea. For some it may be up to 5 capsules (5,000 mg of vitamin C).
Magnesium Citrate: Take 3 capsules daily at night.
SelenoExcell Selenium: Take 1 or 2 capsules twice daily. Avoid taking with vitamin C, which makes selenium inactive.
Zinc: Take 1 capsule twice daily.
Electrolytes: Start with taking 2 capsules daily and gradually increase to no more than 8 capsules daily. Take with at least 8 ounces of water or open the capsules and mix the powder in your water bottle and drink throughout the day. Optionally, add lemon or licorice tea to flavor your water.
